Hart-Ireson Chartered Surveyors are able to offer a complete service to Clients considering undertaking any building project. We are able to assist a Client from inception through to completion.

With advice available at the very beginning of your project we can provide a design service tailored to your requirements to accord with Planning Permission, Building Control and other statutory authorities.

Full consultation throughout the design process will enable us to compile a specification of the works including drawings, which can be tendered to suitable Contractors in order to obtain a competitive and best value price for your project.

Management of the project extends from the design and tendering process through to the physical build on site. We can advise you on suitable forms of construction contract and administer them on your behalf including approval of the Contractor's valuations. We monitor the project on site and report.
