The Disability Discrimination Act (1995) aims to end discrimination which disabled people may experience.

Hart-Ireson have undertaken in excess of 150 Access Audit surveys which present Service Providers with tailored advice on the level of accessibility to their Service Users.

The commissioning of an Access Audit may reduce the likelihood of legal claims whilst identifying points of good and bad access.
