Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2007 - Project Safety

Then you are required to follow certain procedures under the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2007. These new Regulations place certain responsibilities on a Client including the need to appoint a CDM Co-ordinator.

We are Chartered Building Surveyors and have experience of a wide range of projects, and are members of the Association for Project Safety. The early appointment of a CDM Co-ordinator is an important consideration at design stage. Please remember that it is you, the Client, that is responsible by law for making this appointment.
