The CDM (Construction Design & Management 2015) regulations aim to improve health and safety by ensuring the right people are available to effectively plan and manage the risk while reducing the amount of paperwork involved. The regulations now also include specific duties for domestic works (which were previously excluded) – speak to us for advice.
